Wow. The Fox pundits panned Christie's speech.

I disagree. I thought it was pretty powerful.
Let nothing trouble you,
Let nothing frighten you.
All things are passing;
God never changes.
Patience attains all that it strives for.
He who has God lacks nothing:
God alone suffices.

Oh.  They're adjourning for the night.

The fun starts again tomorrow night @ 7pm, Tampa time.

Just imagine what MSNBC is saying about. Those opinionists on there are probably having a field day with it.

It will be on C-span and Fox Business  starting at 7:00 Pm... Paul Ryan is speaking tomorrow. I think Mike Huckabee is also.

I wanted to see him let loose. That would have been better. He still delivered pretty good, though.

They are. I had to switch back to Fox after a couple of minutes because of the  :mental:

I didn't even turn on MSNBC. I already know what they are saying about it. We will get more of it from the DUmp.

I wanted to hear a few f-bombs, but the media dinosaurs probably would have frowned on that.  Tsk, tsk.

It wouldn't surprise me if they had the telecast on delay.

MSNBC had Robert Gibbs on and he claimed the whole night was full of hate and all anti-Obama, guess hes in for a surprise when he realizes that the part the broadcast networks showed (Ann Romney and Chris Christie) didnt mention Obama by name at all.

I loved it when Ann said, "he built it."   And also "he will not fail."  And I disagree with the Fox pundits panning Christie's speech.  I thought it was great.  I thought it was a good move to stay positive; this is what Reagan did.  Optimism...we can be great again, because that's who we are.

F&F commented today that Ann didn't yell...she was having a conversation.  Contrast that to one of Hillary's speeches.   :p  Screeching harpie, reminds everyone of their first wife.  Or the bitter anger of Moochelle.

I'm anxious to hear Paul Ryan speak tonight. Does anyone know who is on the docket besides him? I know Mike Hukabee is speaking, also.

That segment with George Bush Sr. and George Bush Jr. was fantastic. They are such a classy family. *Salute* to both of them. ..

Did anyone notice that that is Ge Smith playing in the house band? He was band leader on SNL in the 90's. Got his start with Hall and Oats. He is a great musician.

I notice quite a bit of optimism from all the speakers. Start out presenting FACTS, which are pretty depressing, then ratcheting up a bit.

I would have LOVED to have seen a full-blown Christie speech.

I can't wait for Ryan's speech.
