I always thought that this was an unspoken rule of life.
From your mouth to God's ear.
But it doesn't work like that in real life. Something as innocuous (you'd think) and apolitical (you'd think) as a census, required by COTUS every 10 years, would be devoid of manipulation and partisanship and nope. The bureaucrats just can't leave it alone.
The article claims that the federal government's staffers/bureaucrats vote 90+% Dem. I can believe that because when we look at the government, we see a massive concentration in and around The Swamp. And The Swamp is overwhelmingly Dem -- which explains, in part, why the J6 offenders have had their due process revoked, have been held in hovels without legal representation, and otherwise have been trampled on.
Statistics and government-generated numbers, as the article shows, are manipulated toward the Dem-approved narrative. Time and again we see that.
This is not to suggest that the federal government hasn't done the same thing throughout our history, irrespective of whichever party controls things.
Too many of our citizens blindly accept government data and point to it with assurance that their POV is supported by the gubmint. Uh huh.
Nope, I come back to the old maxim: "Absolute power corrupts absolutely."
