25 Covid deaths at local hospital

MMH, Marietta, Ohio. I don't know any of the most current casualties.

And my relative's neighbor tried to kill their spouse, fired 6 shots into their car as they were driving it away from the house. tG missed the spouse, and is jailed for attempted murder.

Not a good week around here

All this in one week huh DUmmie?  :whatever:

Ralph Wiggum:
Welp, a couple of quick searches easily debunk this nonsense other than panic fear porn.

--- Quote ---A New York Times report compiles data from state and local health agencies. It finds that Marietta in Washington County leads Ohio for the rate of COVID-19 patients hospitalized at 83 per 100,000 residents. Dover is second at 79 per 100,000 residents and Chillicothe’s rate is 64 per 100,000 residents.

The daily average for patients hospitalized with COVID-19 in the state is 3,673. That represents a 42% change over two weeks ago.

No reports of deaths, just cases.

SVPete:
You knew this info had to be "out there". From https://usafacts.org/visualizations/coronavirus-covid-19-spread-map/state/ohio/county/washington-county , Washington County - the whole county - has had 120 total Covid deaths. The most recent 7-Day Average is 1 death, for the whole county, not just one hospital in one city. The "New Deaths" chart shows that the county probably has had a total of 8 Covid deaths in the past month. The city of Marietta has approximately 1/4 of the county's ~60,000 population.

Why did Star Moron Marthe48 post such an easily factchecked lie?! My super-sophisticated black-belt-level Google-Fu search phrase was "Washington County ohio covid statistics". The link above was the first in the results list.

Somebody smelt a lie:

Sounds like somebody fed the Marietta Times a lie too perfect for Star Moron Marthe48 to factcheck.

Nice work.  The headline link the DUmmy provided claimed what they did, but only someone completely lazy would believe such a ridiculous story without further investigation.  That's why we call them liberals...gullible for anything that furthers their narrative.
