I lost 10 more pounds, and a new diet meal I discovered

You might already know about this.
Campbels chicken and rice soup...one can has 60 calories. It never fills me up. so I eat two cans and I'm STILL hungry. there is precious little chicken in the soup, its mostly broth (and salt, but I'm compensating with low/no sodium for the rest of the day.)

so I added Tyson Pre-cooked diced chicken chunks to the mix. that extra shot of protein really hits the spot. and I do not need a snack afterwards. Thaw in microwave first, then add to the mix.

so, where else will you find a meal at 120 calories? even with the rice its still low carbs.

***and I am only 10 pounds away from being free of diabetes!

I still have a goal of 200 pounds. My initial goal was to be free of diabetes, but my new goal for the rest if to be able to spend all day on my feet at Disney...and you never know there just might be a hot chicky babe in Orlando. But at least I could eat a churro and not worry at that weight!

Brilliant, Mr. Mannn, keep going!  We love you and want you free from that pain in the ass known as diabetes! 

Mr Mannn:
I had an appointment a week later with my.  diabetic nurse...I lost TWO more pounds!

I am trying the soup again tonight. Two cans...but I am adding 3-4 ounces of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. more calories, I know...but I have it left over and don't want it to go to waste.

Mr Mannn:
It took much longer to cook to melt the cheese but it was GREAT! loved it!
