I worked in Festus for nearly a year.
So I have somewhat of an empathy for you.

I've been through St. Louis a couple of times this year.  You'd have to go out of your way to end up in Fergustan.

I would never go to Fergistan if I could help it.  I really think STL city is more dangerous by a long shot.

I've visited the St. Louis area a dozen times.  Am familiar with & visited a lot of the suburbs.  But had never heard of Ferguson until the whole crap storm happened.
