New writer to the forum

Hi, my name is Ed. (I guess you could gather that from my username.) Been a conservative my whole life. Grew up in Pittsburgh area. Lived in Vegas for 13 years. Just moved to Madeira Beach, FL within the last two weeks. Just finished working on a conservative novel and wondering if anyone would like to offer their input on it. Totally free. No gimmicks. No tricks. You don't have to tell your friends about it, etc. Nothing like that. Just looking for a few strangers who are conservative and have some fiction reading experience to lend me their constructive criticisms. The book is called GOVICIDE: Comply. It's very much in the vein of 1984, Atlas Shrugged, and Fahrenheit 451. It's about 125,000 words. You can send me a private message if you're interested. Just trying to contribute to the conservative movement . . .

Welcome to CC, Ed. I'm not sure I'd be much help in your project. For recreational reading, I can get about 3 paragraphs in before nodding off.
