I went and picked up my husband at work and told both him and my daughter about the ass spray when we went out to dinner (I know, not proper dinner conversation). So I told them when we get home they both have to smell it. I spray it on the counter and they both bent down to smell it. Both of them agreed it didn't smell like spearmint and smelled bad but didn't agree it smelled like rank butt. I cleaned the toilet with it too and when my husband was going to the bathroom I asked him if it smelled like ass.
He said it probably smells like his now. :p
I think I'm actually going to take it back. I have never taken a cleaning product back before. Who ever is their smell tester for this particular Method product should be fired.

and I would too! I take back anything that doesn't meet my expectations. I certainly don't want to smell someone's version of ass. I prefer my own brand if any. :-)

Maybe it's a safety feature. Someone breaks into your house, takes a whiff. "Hey, there's someone in the house. I smell butt." They leave.

Now now, that's not fair. Boats smell like ass, diesel fuel/fumes, cigarette smoke (not so much anymore), and amine.
Trust me, it's a smell you NEVER forget.
