Remember when the guys in Omaha and MT lost?

And everyone ran around saying we should run more "centrist" or Clintonite candidates? No. I don't either. I don't believe it happened. Yet this loss, like the GE, is used as an opportunity to score points--to advance arguments based on no evidence of success.

You want to convince people that a certain kind of candidate is the answer to the Democrats electoral failures, win somewhere first. An argument for winability has to be based on some record of winning. Belief isn't enough.

I don't know what the solution is, but I know enough to realize that I don't have all the answers.

You want to convince people that that Americans are abandoning Trump, win somewhere first.

FIFY!

I'm such a nice guy, I'll give you a really wise hint for free: Hillary outspent Trump 2-1; Ossoff outspent Handel 7:1; money can't compensate for a horrible candidate and stances.
If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"? Is reality a Big Pharma Shill?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.

They had all the answers when they spent 8-years lecturing us on how to beat them.

Remember when the guys in Omaha and MT lost?

I'm not to keen on remembering all the details on the MT loss, but I do remember the Omaha loss.

I don't see what Steve Dawes has to do with your argument, though.  :rotf:

They really don't have anything to kick about on their candidate, he was a blank slate with no record, upon which both the Bern-outs and the Hitlarites could project their own stupid worldview, and there was no disaffected DemonRat faction primary loser hanging around the edges of the stage like a murky foreshadowing character in a Shakespeare tragedy  to f*@k it up for him.  They really can't complain on that score.  Not that they won't complain about that and everything else up to Byelorussian hackers, of course.

They should try going even further to the left than their already kook leftist positions. Couldn't be any worse since a loss is a loss. And they could finally bury the question.

Actually no, that wasn't a reference to the big guy, who's terminal.

That was in reference to the Democrat candidate for mayor of Omaha recently.  He lost, to a pro-life Republican.

He's pro-life, or ostensibly so, and the Democrat national chairman and vice-chairman made a big deal about the Democrat "big tent" that's apparently not capacious enough to hold anyone but abortion enthusiasts.

And in case one doesn't know, next to Ms Ed the unappellated eohippus, and PeaceNikki, Jugs is obsessed with abortion; the more it happens, the more she likes it.

Jean Stothert, like Karen Handel, is a Pro-Life woman. having Pro-Life women like Stothert and Handel in positions of leadership is a special horror for Pro-Abortion people, as it give the lie to the Pro-Aborts' narrative that opposition to abortion is male-on-female oppression.

Correct, and aware of the mayoral happenings up there, but it looked like an opportune time to "mistake" Jugs' intent to the Big Guy.

It's always a good time to remind the Big Guy he lost.
