The verse quoted is usually this one:
Matthew 7:1 - "Judge not, that ye be not judged."
They never go on to verse 2:
"For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again."
So in the example above, if the scriptures teach that homosexuality is immoral, then to point that out is not judging. God has already made the judgement. What the child Miley said ("Where does it say in the bible to judge others? Oh right. It doesn't. GOD is the only judge honey. GOD is love.") is in essance "God loves sin," which is inaccurate.
If I "judge" based upon repeating what God has clearly determined on the issue, then all I've done is make someone aware of what God has already passed judgement upon. IOW, I've "judged" based upon the same standards by which I am going to be judged, which is God's Word.
God has already made the judgement about what is and isn't moral and immoral. Repeating what God has said, or pointing to the scriptures and saying "Here, you read it for yourself," isn't me judging anybody.
