Risk
Shockwave, Hasbro and IWin...no link, it seems to be complicated.

Harpoon 3

SimCity 4

Sims 3

Civilation V

That is all.  I play them one at a time until I get bored, then switch.  You can tell I'm getting bored when I nuke the world (Civ), remove all fire and police and watch it burn (SimCity) or remove all the doors and add fireplaces (Sims).

I've been playing Planetside 2 a lot. Heavy Assault on the New Conglomerate side. During peak hours we'll just blitz across maps and take control of them. During the day we'll have hour long slug fests over a small building. Lot of fun.

Civ V is the only one I play right now. Can't wait for the new SimCity to come out though.

Ever since that last steam sale when I got Gods and Kings I've also been playing a lot of Civ V. I founded Judaism, and have spiritual purgings of all the heathens in my Empire.

I play a lot of games, but at the moment I'm trying to finish Saints Row 3 and Sonic Heroes.

If I had to list all the games I actually play this post would get really big.

Aww man. I played the original version of this game - even managed to get the modem play working. I feel old now.

As for games I play today -

I've been playing a bit of Borderlands 2 recently. Before that it was the epically disappointing Diablo3 and before that Skyrim and fallout3.

I put Zork Anthologies on my iPad. Any old farts like me remember those? Talk about a real trip down memory lane. I was surprised I remembered the commands.

I also put on Atari games such as Outlaw, Warheads (Missile Command) and Space Cadet (Space Invaders). Can't forget Pitfall. What a difference

Time to get all geek up in here.

I am an avid gamer. A real gamer (PC) and not one of those fake fastest finger wins consul gamers. I have been involved with PC gaming companies for a few years. During the BF2 domination days I was activity involved in the hacker ban list as well as other anti cheat groups. I ran BFROE and later ROC for EA/Dice. I worked on the anti cheat for almost every FPS game out until THQ's Homefront by KAOS did me in. I am still friends with most of management and coders at THQ (whats left), EA PC, DICE, Infinityward, and some other smaller FPS groups and countless modders.

I am reluctant to admit I play World Of Warcraft, but not like the average WOW player. I am in a select group that does things that no other group does. I run with WHU which does end game content all Hunter raids which is unheard of. No tanks, no healers, just a bunch of crazy drunk Dwarf Hunters annihilating everything. WHU also works on extreme solo'ing as well as writes guides for other Hunters.

My gaming rig is my baby. I update it constantly and keep it running as smooth as possible. I'll post pics later. I pretty much spend my "play around" money on this or fishing.

Please  ::)

Some of us play on consoles because it's a damn sight more convenient and/or we prefer it among other reasons. I'm not going to say the PC isn't more powerful and overall better because only an idiot would claim that, but playing on the PC doesn't make you a real gamerâ„¢, it just makes you a gamer. I'm just as much a gamer as you are mate.

I can't even tell if you're serious about this because we all know the online circlejerk that is the "PC master race".

Either way you have a nice machine and it'd be interesting to see it.

yes that was sarcasm. I have a friend that games on the MS pro team. He's insane good on an Xbox, but gets eaten alive on a PC. A few years ago there was a huge fight over which was better consul vs PC. Both sides were making the case for which was better "gamers". Microsoft allowed a limited number of Xbox gamers and PC gamers to play together on COD. After about an hour the only ones left playing were the PC gamers. The PC crowd declared victory saying they were better gamers, but the reality is that the Xbox can not keep up with PC's. Gamers like myself are always updating and upgrading so my system is almost always cutting edge (I need a few tweaks right now) where the Xbox is only updated (hardware wise) when a new one comes out. My system latency and reaction time is faster than that of a Consul. My mouse and keyboard responds faster than most (not all) controllers. Plus I have the option of a 1 button dive, scope macros that are not available to consuls. PC gamers won the battle, but it was because of equipment not skill.

I never understood the point of that game
