InitechTexas sends 15th bus of asylum seekers to Los Angeles. It's the second in four daysA group of 45 migrants who reached Los Angeles Friday morning are the second to arrive by bus from Texas in four days. Mayor Karen Bass’ office confirmed that the group of asylum seekers marks the 15th to arrive in L.A. since the first bus arrived in June. The bus that arrived Friday pulled into Union Station shortly after 9:30 a.m. after leaving Texas around 8:30 a.m. on Thursday morning, according to L.A. Welcomes Collective, a group of immigration advocates, faith-based organizers and city and county officials. The group of asylum seekers, which includes 13 families and 23 children, traveled from Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela. On Tuesday, 40 asylum seekers from Venezuela and El Salvador arrived in Union Station, the L.A. But it's OK when the Lieden admin does it......right? (Trains, planes and automobiles)
I love when they say things like; They should send them back to Texas and make Texas give fair warning before sending them. They shouldn’t be allowed to leave Texas! Make Texas take care of them! So… Texas wasn’t notified these people were coming and if you can keep them out of your state, why do you have a problem with us keeping them out of our state?!KC
I love it. They know they've been served their comeuppance, they've been outflanked, and they look terrible.
El Paso’s mayor says his city is at a breaking point. The city is opening a new shelter for illegal aliens. It has chartered five buses to transport some to New York, Chicago, and Denver. Now we’re talking, Mayor Oscar Leeser. He gave a press conference on Saturday and reported that 2,000 people are seeking asylum every day. The city’s shelter capacity has been exceeded. “The city of El Paso only has so many resources and we have come to … a breaking point right now,” the mayor said....Mayor Leeser is a Democrat. He pointed out that all the El Paso buses are filled with illegals voluntarily being transported to other cities. Critics like to accuse Governor Abbott of forcing illegals on migrant buses but the truth is they ask to go to whatever city they are trying to get to. Why not? It’s free transportation for them. Food and water is provided for them on the buses. They sign forms saying they are leaving Texas voluntarily. “I think it’s really important to note that we have a broken immigration system,” Lesser said. “It’s the same thing over and over again.”

What would he denounce? The immigrants are happier and better off in CA.California has public policies that can only be interpreted as being open and welcoming to immigrants. It adds to the diversity of culture here and provides more workers for our bustling economy that seems to have positions to fill.I understand the reasons for the bus trips are rooted in Texas bigotry, but the results seem to be all positive.

Climate refugees and refugees from corrupt states.Europe is seeing millions of Climate refugees, because that's a huge cause of the political instability in North/Central Africa and the Middle East.Areas of Central and South America have the same issues. But Republicans and other "Nationalists" have been sitting on their hands for the past 40 years concerning both climate change and the predicted rise in refugees from developing countries that remain poor due to resources and economic exploitation. It's really easy to make a quick buck cheating your labor and flooding markets for profit. It's harder and takes longer to develop and nurture a strong economic trading partners and sustainable markets. We (the collective) allowed greedy rich f***ers to bully their way into playing zero-sum Masters of the Universe. Now we all are going to pay for it. And rich f***ers will be the last to realize one just can't buy their way out of the death cult their game of unregulated "free trade" capitalism becomes. The tighter they try to hold on to their rich and selfish lifestyle, the more it falls apart. It's Guillotines for everyone, the guilty and innocent alike.Haele
