The oxygen has been shut off to Barr's brain...
...because he has his nose so far up Trump's ass, he can't breathe anymore.
His garbled thoughts and attempts to rationalize Trump's criminality indicates that he has forgotten that he is supposed to be the nation's lawyer, not the lawyer for Donald Trump.
To listen to Barr, you would think Trump did nothing to be investigated for? The Russian interference in our elections seemed to not bother him at all.
It shows that he is incompetent and complicit in the crimes and cover-ups of Donald Trump. He, too, has earned an impeachment.

Barr's pointing out the grossly obvious: there were at least 17 instances of the FBI withholding or tampering with evidence or information, in every case, evidence or information that with have damaged the FBI's request to surveil Trump Campaign people. These were not random or unintentional, they were intentional and proof of an anti-Trump plot. While exposing all this FBI misconduct, the IG refused to connect the many dots that pointed to that conclusion.
To borrow from and extend a comment from William the Indolent, 17 turtles don't get on top of fence posts, all facing Trump Tower in NYC, accidentally.
