Kamala Harris suffered from another debacle of a speech while speaking to leaders at the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit, as she rambled on about togetherness.
Kamala: "We will work together, and continue to work together, to address these issues…and to work together as we continue to work, operating from the new norms, rules, and agreements, that we will convene to work together...We will work on this together"

It is a bit reminiscent of the musings from a child, but I thought of a better comparison. She reminds me of my stoner friends in college who will spout out something they think is utterly profound. Anyone who isn't high just rolls their eyes at the complete and utter stupidity of what just came out of their piehole.
