But the fact of the matter is...there are more worrisome things this man is doing from the Office of the President that we should concentrate on.

This is a side issue that we can't let ourselves get distracted by.  We can't undo the past 3 1/2 years of what he's done whether the BC is a fake or not.

ANd trying to convince people otherwise is like the DUmmies thinking that if they could get one more recount to prove Gore won in 2000 they could undo the bush years 12 years after the fact.

Everywhere you look, repeated challenges to Barry's quals have been defeated.

And, after 3.5 years with Barry in the Oval Orifice, he ain't going anywhere until we toss his ass out in November (actual ousting actions delayed until January, of course).

Tisk, tisk, So we find out Obama WAS born in Hawaii--however he is the first President to spend his early life living in a foreign country raised , educated , and under the thumb of  Muslims.

His formative years were spent being taught by Anti American males and anti-Christian to boot.  I an surprised that he could even speak English when he was sent back to America.  Perhaps he was a teenager before he was taught American History,  but then growing up as a teenager in Hawaii with all the mixed races, off shore of the Continent, this must have blown his mind when he hit the main land.  As in----Where the hell did all these white people come from------

Unlike all other Presidents he has no history of American fore fathers, no real link to Americas past.  To make matters worse he has no link to the black community and their past problems.

His only link to history was in Kenya with a father that did not want him and Indonesia where he was raised among the REAL POOR.      Like that boll weevil allways looking for a home.

Just the fact that his Mother gave birth to him in America does not make him an American, if this is the law, them most if not all of us can now claim we are Native Americans.    How many generations does it take to claim ones nationality ?

FWIW, yes, he would be replaced by Biden for the remainder of the term.  But ask yourself this--would the POLICIES have changed?  Obama is the titular head of the Democrat Party, and regardless of who is in the #1 position, the shit being shoveled down our throats would be the same--he just happens to be the one holding the shovel today.

And legally, anything he signed into law would STAND as if he had legally been able to occupy the presidency.  So yeah, this is lots of risk to the GOP with very little reward.

I'm not advocating any legal action being taken against Barry.  I just see no harm in Sheriff Joe gnawing on his leg & generating negative press for Barry.  The Swift Boat Patriots never contemplated any action against Lurch but they planted a seed of doubt in many voter's heads.
