Both of them are from the most Liberal, socialistic districts we have. They will both probably float freely into re- election, and swear it shows a mandate from the people. I can only hope that the witch loses the house next year.

What you say is true. Pelosi and Hoyer are in safe districts. Still, it would be interesting to see what happens if and when people ask their fellow House members to disavow their remarks. I am guessing their fellow Democrats are a bit embarrassed by all this.

I honestly do not think they will care and somehow it is going to be spun to look good on their parts  :blah:

Well there's already a DUmmie who was billed as an "Op-Ed Editor" that's gone on the record today on Fox defending what they said.

Let the spin begin.

White House Disputes Pelosi Contention that Town Hall Protests are "Un-American"
August 10, 2009 5:39 PM

The White House disagreed this afternoon with the contention by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Maryland, that the disruptions at town hall meetings are "un-American," as the Democratic congressional leaders contended in a USA Today op-ed this morning.

"I think there's actually a pretty long tradition of people shouting at politicians in America," White House deputy press secretary Bill Burton told reporters on Air Force One when asked about the comments.

"The President thinks that if people want to come and have a spirited debate about health care, a real vigorous conversation about it, that's a part of the American tradition and he encourages that, because people do have questions and concerns ...And so if people want to come and have their concerns and their questions answered, the President thinks that's important. Now, if you just want to come to a town hall so that you can disrupt and so that you can scream over another person, he doesn’t think that that's productive. And as a country, we've been able to make progress when people actually talk out what our problems are, not try to shout each other down." ...

Yeah, that's why they want those patriotic dissenters to be reported to Flag .  :uhsure:  0Bama just doesn't like to be so open like Pelosi was in her disgust with the opposition.

Not the shortbus forum here, just the bus that 0Bama keeps throwing people under.

Where's that clip of Hillary screeching that she's tired of people saying anyone who disagrees with the war and "this administration....any administration" isn't patriotic?

"this administration" being GWB's, of course.

This one? It's only audio, but her screeching is plain enough.

Probably unintended on Bill's part, the last thing he wants is her hanging around where she can keep an eye on him.

I havent seen folks on our side this charged up ever.
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.
