I'll give it a go, but the quiz won't let me in. I shall have to sign up with a new name.

On edit: I got 9.

Sorry.

Frank, and this is WHY I made up my own quiz. Most questions are science, general knowledge, and world trivia. I was attempting to avoid the music, movies & celebs meme.

I did see that they threw in some of those questions I disdain on today's quiz.

No, no, sir, don't get me wrong; I'm going to keep playing.

But this is the same thing when I tried out for "Jeopardy" some years ago; I can't do music or television shows or Broadway plays or celebrities.

Everything else, I'm fine.

There is after all in life no such thing as a "level playing field;" it's full of bumps, and so one accepts, adapts, and moves on.

Movies, music and celebs are a weakness for me, too, Frank. Give me the sciences and I usually do well.

In that case, I'll sign on.   :-)

Wow!  If you want to be proud of a 10% score, far be it for me to stop you.  I thought that kind of self esteem only came from the MODERN ejimacashun system, though.
