Joe Biden in November 2022 flat out admitted that he would keep President Trump from returning to office by political weaponization of the federal government. Note that he did NOT say prevent Trump from winning for a third time via the ballot box but by what Biden called "legitimate efforts of our Constitution that he does not become the next president again." When has a president ever claimed that his main opponent would not become president other than via the election process? Instead Biden whose filter often slips due to an addled mind accidentally let slip that he would use not the ballot box but the "legitimate efforts of our Constitution" to prevent Trump from becoming president again. It is obvious that he already knew back then that a politically inspired indictment via a weaponized DOJ was in the pipeline.
