I put salt on almost everything except desserts, and do so without tasting the food first.

Me and you brother, me and you. My uncle, the doctor, 30+ years ago was saying that everyone needed some salt n their diet.

I use more than the 'recommended' amount of salt. If I don't I get bad leg and foot cramps, I'll take my chances.
