Some pics from our vacation so far.

Das Retal Condo.

Pics from the wild animal park.

And (just for Ptarmy) they fed the lions a special treat today!

Whole Fluffy White Bunnies!  :-)

When they tore into them like piñatas this woman screamed and took off running.  :evillaugh:

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

You have a really great looking family! They radiate love and happiness. You are very lucky.

Yep--that's WAP, alright.  I'm guessing you're somewhere around Pacific Beach?

The rental place is in Solana Beach, in a gated thingy called the Del Mar Beach Club.

Sea World is going to be a blast!

We have been to all four of them, but this is a repeat visit.  We haven't been to the San Diego one since my daughter was 6 weeks old. She's 14 now.

The Orlando one is hands down the coolest.

Dude, if you're a stay at home dad, WTF does your wife do? You take more vacations in a year than I have my entire life. CEO or something? :lmao:

She's the Director Of Pathology at a big CRO. (Contract Research Organization)  She had 24 years of schooling getting where she is.  We both grew up dirt poor so we might be making up for things, lol.

And after 18 years she's still a hottie! :-)

It's been in the 60's during the day time which is really nice for us.

Supposed to hit the mid 70's tomorrow. It was apparantly around 15 degrees back home with the new snow still all over the place. :-)

You know you're just going to have to dig your way back into your house when you get home.  Not to mention a week's worth of laundry and smelly suitcases.

The condo we are renting has a washer and dryer.  :naughty:

I just got out of a hot tub. :afro:

Of course when we do go home it's to our pretty unspectacular home with no hot tub and part of this trip is on the credit card so until it's paid off we are pretty much trimming the hog lean, but for now life is pretty good.

OMFG--the carne asada burrito.  DO WANT...NOW.  Friggin thing is the size of a rolling pin and stuffed with meat, just a bit of cheese, and onions/cilantro.

I might stop drooling in a couple of hours, thanks.

Didn't do Santanas.

I was hurting too bad when we wrapped up at Seaworld and needed to get back to the rental place.

I'll post some pics after I get home tomorrow.

Last of the trip pics.

Legoland!

This was cool! It was part of the Lego Washington DC.

And Seaworld.  My wife's friend met us at the gate and saved us $300 bucks by getting us in for free, which was pretty sweet. They also do things right there, lol.  When the park opened they raised the flag and played the National Anthem and during the Shamu show they asked everybody who was past or present military to stand up and asked everybody to give them a hand to say "Thank You"  :cheersmate:

Rob got to meet his favorite animals on earth.

And inside the park we found creepy Pedo Elmo selling beachware.

We actually wound up taking over 280 pics with the new camera.

Glad to be home.

Oh yeah, here's a Sea Cow because they are MY favorite animals on earth. :)
