Congress?  Hell, why didn't the Berkeley cops do anything about that?  Those assholes are free to be assholes on the public sidewalk in front of the recruiting office, but the minute they trespass and block another person's free access, they become criminals.  "We're trying to remain neutral," my ass!  The Berkeley cops failed in their sworn duty.  They wouldn't have had pro-life activists blocked the entrance to Berkeley's Planned Parenthood abortion mill.

that was my question initially, Why didn't the copys do anything? But since they didn't why didn't the congress or the FBI. Isn't a recruiting office Federal jurisdiction?
