What will we be spending money on?

   Not everyone is able to check DU every 30 seconds.

How much is the exchange going to cost? What specifically are those items?

Some are tax credits to help people afford insurance. How much will they be?

There are going to be some administrative costs to set up the public option. How much?

I don't think it's too much to ask to have a document that lists out the things that we're going to invest in.

I believe the best description would be 'The sky is the limit.'  Of course the calculation is complicated by the fact that the President still has not nailed down the exact limits of a so-called 'Plan,' there are many unconnected pipes in it that would bleed red ink all over the place.
