A Constitutional Question About The Department of Justice

Why is the Department of Justice an agency under the President rather than an office under the Congress? Why does the sheriff work for the king rather than the people?

No interest over there in the thread but just more evidence of how completely ignorant of really everything the DUmmies are.

The answer....because the executive branch is charged with enforcing the laws the legislative branch enacts with the agreement of the Chief Executive.

Such a compelling question!  I'm sure DUmmie ThomVW has been pondering it for a whole year.  I'll bet waiting under the surface of this question,  DUmmie ThomVW has a plan to pass the control of the justice department around to whatever branch of government the democrats happen to control.  I'll bet DUmmie ThomVW even has a plan to create a fourth branch of government called the Democrat Council.  It will have lifetime appointments who pass or fail the decisions of the Judicial Branch.

To be fair, the lilliputian tom thumb primitive does have a certain child-like innocence and naivete about him, even though he's just short of 58 years old.

This diminuitive primitive after all is the one who thinks we can have "free medical care for all," with no new taxes, nobody having to pay for insurance, physicians and nurses and hospital janitors and the pharmceutical companies dispensing it all for free, out of the goodness of their hearts.

What a fifth grade question.
I remember going over it in like the 2nd or 3rd grade.

LOL, amazing level of ignorance and stupidity, which is okay, as long as they keep it in the DUmp.
