One is allowed to say they have an SCI clearance, but one is NOT allowed to say which compartments you have access to.  So, when the DUmmy mentioned he had a particular access, he ****ed up.

I've missed out on several jobs because of this on the past.
I tell them I'm totally capable of qualifying and getting cleared, but no one wants to go though the expense of doing it.
It must be a huge pain in the ass because they appear to be willing to accept damn near anyone, regardless of other qualifications, as long as they are already cleared.
That was a lot of years ago though.

Most of obama's people including obama could not pass a security check.  I would say obama probably is thinking of revealing information to further help terrorists.
