Too bad rush is an addict & child molester or he could run for president
Too bad he was/is addicted to all those illegal to have without a prescription drugs, like oxycontin and viagra, and too bad about those nasty, but surely unfounded rumors about him going on child sex tours in the Dominican Republic with his horny, wealthy buddies on his private jet or rush could actually be the head of the repub party.
When a person runs for president, they dig up every little 'indiscretion' they can find in their closet, and rush's closet is a very, very scary place.
You know his brain addled devotees would love to see him run for president, or be appointed a real repub leader instead of a radio show host, but alas, it can never be, because rush has a shady past, and there are so many ugly, ugly rumors about him out there in the ethernet.
With all of rush's power and wealth and adoration, he knows deep down inside that there are certain things in his past that will never allow him to achieve actual public office.
Has anyone ever tried to confront rushie's devotees with the pedophilia rumor? I tried it once, but the lady, a dear friend of mine, actually put her fingers in her ears and began saying 'la la la la la, I can't hear you', in a very loud voice. I'm sure I'm not the first person to bring up that particular bit of rush trivia, she'd heard it before, but she gives him a pass on pedophilia apparently, cause she still listens to him, 3 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Frank, one of two openly gay members of Congress, confirmed Friday that he paid Gobie for sex, hired him with personal funds as an aide and wrote letters on congressional stationery on his behalf to Virginia probation officials, but Frank said he fired Gobie when he learned that clients were visiting the apartment.

A Friend got polio in the mid 50's . Waist down , almost no use. He got uotfitted with stainless steel braces, hips down, and walks with crutches. By his 16th birthday, he had learned to WATERSKI with locked braces and NO LIFEJACKET! When he fell, he had developed enough body strength to swim back to the surface, refit the ski's (with a little help) and continue.
He has never had to have public assistance, created a business or two, and has been generally productive.
Funny how people react to differently so very similar situtations, isn't it?

Heard a rumor that Rush had challanged Obama to a debate, so I tunes in his show on "Talkstreamlive" , and he was taking calls from typical DU moles. They were near hysterical in fear of El Rushbo. How weak is Obama tthat he cannot speek for himself? As much as I knew he was an empty suit, he embarrasses even me.
