I've installed a good many new themes to choose from. The main problem is that many of them don't work with the "shout box". You'll have to experiment with them and consider whether or not the shout box is important to you or not.

UPDATE: Many of these themes have the Shoutbox at the bottom. To access:
Profile---->Look and Layout Preferences----->Current Theme (Change)

I found and incorporated the patch to make the shoutbox work on most of them. There may be one that the shoutbox doesn't work on.

So Blood N Roses is for the girls....
I am trying the Enterprise one... I'm not so sure about it. I might try another. Not something with a lot of red though. blech

I've been using Babylon. The only thing that's broken on it is the forum title at the top runs into the SMF logo at the right.

Babylon did seem to work fine. I'm going to look around some more, I don't think my eyes like this Enterprise theme I am trying out.

The Ig-Oh Theme is pretty cool. Probably not for dial-up users though.

I'm having a similar issue with Babylon. I'll have to check out the page title and see if that can't be fixed.

For faster loads, try the Blue IT1 or whatever its called. Although as you can see below it leaves the sides of my monitor blank.

I'm using Tech Head, it's the one I started with. I occasionally try and switch but then various of the functions are in different places and I keep misclicking.

That makes sense. Most people are probably still using whatever the default is.

It seems most stick to the default. Did you see those 3 images I posted?? I am now using the last one. Looks good to me.

How do we know which one we are using? Mine says Minerva Theme way down at the bottom. I thought it was the default theme.

I don't see avatars because this is Windows95.

I turned avatars off myself. I posted them in the comments up thread or page 1 or whatever.
