I truly wish they would bring back the death penalty for people like this guy. Like firing squads, hanging, etc...Maybe horrific crime would go down some, if the consequences were more severe!!

Arizona is a DP state. He Copped a Guilty plea to get LWOP

Find him guilty, drag him into the town square, shoot him in the head, and let the buzzards/dogs/bugs have him.

Yeah, my belief is that person who commits murder should be executed the same way he/she killed the victim. So if you run over someone with a tank, guess what is going to happen to you? If you put a stick of dynamite up someone's rectum and light it, guess what is going to happen to you? We have eye for an eye in this country. It is time to stop the 'Humane' executions and give the sentence to match the crime.

Heck I would be happy to see public hangings come back as well. I bet you would see the crime rate drop if that happen.

I agree..........All these libs and their humane issues!!! I mean this guy comes in kills a group of people, one of which is a little girl, and he gets life, which we, the tax payers have to pay for his upkeep?? I THINK NOT!!!

I don't think you should be able to plea bargain on a first-degree murder charge. But that's just my opinion.

I agree with that. Plea bargains are meant for lessor offense.

I think the appeals process should be set to take maximum a year, with only one appeal in that time. 30 days after after you lose the appeal, the sentence is carried out. No more of these people sitting on death row for 20 years because they appeal every sentence.

I say one appeal because, yes, there are innocent people who are on death row. But with all the technology and science we have now. They should be able to clear him in that time. If he is indeed innocent.

This is only a plea to the federal charges. He still has 3 murder counts in state court.

No DP for LWOP not much of a plea bargain. It does save the state time and money of a trial and victims family & friends the angst of reliving the event.

I don't care if he is looney as loon. He deserves to die. No one deserves to live if they kill people for NO reason. He has no value for society. He is just a bloodsucker on society.
