In order to be accurate HERE, the DKOS thing does mention that episaode (<spell check did not catch that!). It's not mentioned as an "idiotic quote", though. Clinton's lie is mentioned as straight forward fact. One could assume from Dkosidiotpedia that it was a matter of a "boys being boys". Nevermind the reality that "boys" aren't Presidents.
