Any legislation Obama and congress brings to the table now that is immediately shot down by republicans will be looked at as further obstructionism from the GOP, they have their 'fool me once' crowd, but the public won't be so quick to be fooled twice. The media will turn on the republicans and their "waterloo" comment will just further prove the Dems point that the republicans are just fear-mongering neanderthal's who want the president to fail.

A) pay the fine.

B) If you discover you need major medical help, sign up for the most expensive, lowest deductable plan you can find. By law, The company cannot refuse you. And they cannot overcharge you either.

C) Once you have had the procedure, and the bill has been paid, drop coverage.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

This technique is well-known, and has caused Blue Cross of Mass. to end their fiscal year with a loss, and a fired CEO. So much for those 'fat-cat insurance companies' that are going to cover the bill with their massive profits.. What profits ?
