All he's asking is that the wealthiest Americans pay their fair share which means, at the very least, the same rate paid by the (upper) middle class.

The tax rate for the wealthy IS at a higher rate than the upper middle class, you idiot.
Are you talking about how the wealthy pay a rate of 15% on capital gains? Guess what? So do the middle class and the poor. Everyone who has capital gains pays 15%.
Besides, it's already been shown that raising the tax on the wealthy to 30%, as Dear Leader desires, will only produce an additional $5B in tax revenue, which is nothing. That's because to the political left, it's about symbolism over substance, same as it ever was.
When Dear Leader realized that it was only $5B in increased revenue, he immedaitely said it wasn't about increasing revenue, it was about the wealthy paying their fair share. IOW, it's an attempt to create class warfare.
