It arrived yesterday and today I have smoked some salmon, mixing in some lemon juice with the water and laying cilantro over the salmon.  It's turned out well which is good as I am planning to cook kedgeree for some friends who are coming over tomorrow.

I think I will get quite a bit of use from it, apparently I can cook pizza in it too, I've never had smoked pizza so that will be a novelty.
