Here is a good way to cook some Q.

1 110lb hog (Never cook a hog over 135lbs)

Cook hog at 200 to 210 degrees for up to 15 hours.
Start with hog belly down, flip halfway through.
Ribs should be ready after 2/3rds of the cooking.

Sauce

1 gallon of yellow (apple cider) vinegar
1/3 box of salt
4oz black pepper
6oz crushed red pepper
3oz bottle of texas pete
