I think with some they are deliberatly over the top because it makes them feel powerful somehow.
Some actually believe they are relevant and think the public is hanging on their thoughts,hence the frequent nature of them bumping their own threads.

I know they don't want to believe in God so that whatever disgusting, treacherous acts they commit, they won't have to answer for. (At least in their minds. I also know thata their minds are so warped out on either genetics that give them the ****ed up ideas they have, or  :stoner: drugs in general that they're worthless, helpless, and hopeless. Not to mention hapless. This thread doesn't anger me.
