Oh my.

Pedro Picasso, out in the woods at his second home in rustic Connecticut:

Can you spare a moment for a happy thought?

I paddled the kayak out to the middle of the lake last night, about 1:30 a.m., and laid back to watch the meteor showers. No wind, the lake was like glass, the moon was 3/4 full. The only sound was that of the occasional fish snatching a bug off the surface. I reclined the seat, floating, staring up at the sky for nearly an hour. Freakin' awesome. I saw half a dozen bright ones, several smaller meteors, but not as spectacular a show as I had hoped for (I was out a bit too early)...but I was by myself in a kayak in the middle of a lake at 1:30 in the morning. Mmmmmm.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled cantankerous political debates...

Yeah.  When's Pedro Picasso going to share his wealth with the other primitives?

Isn't that the Democrat, liberal, and primitive way to be, sharing?
