Have you ever had your hair cut.....

like someone famous.  I took a picture of Patty Smyth (from Scandal) to my hair dresser in the 80's to get my hair cut just like hers.  Looking back now, I looked ridiculous.  I tried to find a picture of her hair that way and couldn't find it but this was the video that inspired me to cut my hair like hers.

My hair went from looking like this (which looks ridiculous today) ---------->

The coloring, which I could never get much lighter then that, was supposed to mimic Terri Nunn's...well, it made more sense as it grew out.  :lmao:

My boyfriend's best friend cut that for me.  :lmao:

No, it was her "bi-level" hair in that video that I was mimicking.  I do happen to have a picture of me with the hair style but there is no way in heck you guys could get me to post it.

I don't know...it was more about one upping each other at the time.  :cheersmate: :lmao: At least I was smart enough to only let my mother take the picture from the back.

I confess, I used to be part of that Jennifer Aniston hair trend.  All throughout high-school, I wore my hair like this, and it was (and still is) the same blonde shade. 




Now, I am getting another hair cut tomorrow, with long layers, and am getting 3-4 inches chopped off (my hair will still be long, even then. )

I went from 1994-1997 without getting a haircut.

Yes I was more then old enough to know better but it was a long story about pissing off a co-worker.

They had to think up new words to describe how horrific (more then normal) I looked.

For a while had a beard too,boy how that combination would cause people to alter their paths in parking lots or stores. :rotf:
