Toughest Bird
« on: February 06, 2008, 08:57:05 PM »
If you think the toughest bird is the eagle, goose, or owl. They are not the toughest birds. The toughest bird is the ptarmigan. They endure some of the harshest climates in the world and stay as other birds mirgrate to avoid the cold. All the ptarmigan has to do is look for food and it is good to stay in the cold tundra where temperatures go low as -100 degrees Faherenheit. The ptarmigan has survived the last Ice Age and the Great Ptarmigan/Rabbit War.

It all depends on how they're cooked.

Let nothing trouble you,
Let nothing frighten you.
All things are passing;
God never changes.
Patience attains all that it strives for.
He who has God lacks nothing:
God alone suffices.

Just a thought:
Are there pharmacies up in the frozen tundra where a ptarmi...er, person, might be able to get some Prozac or somethin'?? :uhsure:

I'd think chill pills would be prettty easy to come by in the Arctic.    :-)
