I think there is some question as to wheather this is on their docket or not.
But to disavow his assention to the throne now would cause mass riots among his followers .....so the powers that be will probably let him slide even if he isn't a natural born citizen.l
Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm to the point that I firmly believe that the Party system - Republicans and Democrats inclusive - have sold every principle my father and forefathers ever gave me for the sake of un-checked political power, and now are in a seemingly concerted effort to scrap the last remaining hurdle to that goal - the US Constitution.
Barack Obama taking center seat in the Oval Office as someone Constitutionally inelligible for the position may seem like a small thing, but the damage that one simple act does in undermining the Constitution and in opening the doorway for further usurpation of that authority is unmeasurable. If he is determined to be invalid for the position, and that determination starts another civil war, then perhaps another civil war is what this country needs, because anyone who would seat an invalid "president" over the absolute prohibition of the Constitution is no friend to the Constitution, is no friend to this country or her people, and is no friend to me.
Many of you here are military men and women, who have sworn an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies - foreign and DOMESTIC; how does such a person not qualify in the most straightforward of terms as an enemy to the Constitution? If such a person can be allowed to undermine the authority of the Constitution in this little thing, what is the difference between this little thing and the bigger thing later? What break is it that prevents the bigger usurpation, when the little usurpation has already been allowed?
I will not tolerate this. If the President Elect can prove he is a 'natural borne' citizen of this country - as he has been UNWILLING to do thus far - I will shut up, and raise no more question of his legitimacy to the office he's been elected to. I won't like it, and I will still oppose any further usurpation of Constitutional authority by him during the next 4 years, but he will be the properly elected President of the UNited States in my eyes and in my actions.
If however, he is elevated to the elected office without this issue settled positively, for all to see, then the United States government as the Constitution has defined it, died with the close of President Bush's administration, and I from here forward declare my eternal, undying emnity to that despotic tyranny that has replaced it, and any who stand to support it.
