I still own a house in Memphis. The property value has gone down to the point I don't even have it listed on the market. I refuse to rent it out because it would just get destroyed.

My UPS guy was a woman. She'd come knock on the door and be halfway to the truck doing the come on wave. She'd tailgate it but I had to hump it to the house.  :-)
