Dutch Baby Pancake

I used yogurt instead of milk and added a little nutmeg with the cinnamon.

after which a couple of photographs; well worth going over to Skins's island to admire

The standard blurry shot of the results served with powdered sugar and home-canned apple conserve (which I didn't make.)

1. Oh yum! Okay now I gotta make them again...lol!

Mine turned out so delicious and beautiful when I tried it for the first time a month or so ago.

So very glad to learn about them!

2. I thought I remembered giving someone here the recipe. LOL This one turned out so lovely I had to take a picture. LOL And still it doesn't show the depth of the thing. It was really incredible!

I'm glad you tried it and like it.

I'm kind of ticked off that the hippowife primitive posted only the link, and not the recipe.

So I went to the link; it's got tons of ingredients and miles of instructions.

Good pictures, but a lot of work.

I'll stick with the Village Inn pancakes.
