Checking in from southern AZ
« on: March 20, 2011, 02:36:04 AM »
Hi all.  I'm not new to discussion forums, but it has been a long, long time since I've frequented one.  I happened upon yours by searching for conservative discussion groups because I've missed interaction with like-minded individuals.  (Thanks Google!)

I'll probably just lurk about now and then as time permits until I'm more familiar with the feel of the board.

Hi, Adisa, I'm in southern AZ myself, Sierra Vista to be precise.  Welcome to the Cave!  Unlike Barry, folks here really DO want to secure the border.

Welcome to CC!!!

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

U of A should allow anyone who wants to come get a free 4-year degree too. :-)

I was raised in Tucson, and my sister still lives there with her family. Our family roots go way back in Arizona, from Tucson up to Prescott and Cottonwood.
