I know exactly where it is. My dad and stepmom moved to Springfield after I started college, so went through there everytime I went home.

My roommate, freshman year of college was from there.

Deb- do you ever come back to IL for visits? We should meet up if so. It would be fun to get all the locals together.

Rarely. When I do, it's to Chicago to see my brother.

He was living inside the city limits to the WNW, but moved to Palatine about a year and a half ago.

Usually they come here, on their way to FL to see her family or we meet up in OH at our "new" sister's (half).
Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Save the Earth... it's the only planet with chocolate.

"My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far I've finished two bags of M&M's and a chocolate cake. I feel better already." – Dave Barry

A balanced diet is chocolate in both hands.

That makes sense for them to come to you on their way to FL.  Makes it easy for you too :)

What's not to love about the Regiment??!?!?!?!?

I spent 7 years with the Blue Devils, but Phantom outclasses everybody. They always have.
