The primitive is right about Pelosi having something up her sleeve--the stupid old cow actually carefully plotted how to pull off this stupid, childish act.

I'm not sure it's enough to convict.
But then, like Mitt Romney, I had a long thought about it, and decided I could not live with my conscience unless I said: Guilty.
What do you guys think? I can see the inference, but I don't see smoking-gun proof.
Is there conclusive proof on this video that I keep missing?
Update: They Daily Mail has video showing that Pelosi stealthily pre-ripped the speech before ripping it for the camera.

I think that "him" refers to Trump, not Limbaugh. In that case, she theoretically could choose not to extend an invitation to the President to deliver the SOTU, but that would wind up looking even more petty than tearing up the speech at the end. Furthermore, Trump could just fill up RFK stadium or something with a televised SOTU and still fulfill his Constitutional requirement, but the Democrats would have managed to look even worse than they do already.
