If you a nerd, like I am, all the Star Trek series are on prime. They are on Netflix as well, but TOS is the "remastered" one where they re-did a lot of the special effects.

It's just not the same.
I like the second half of Voyager (probably when Seven of Nine showed up and they got rid of Neelix).
Gee thanks for the spoiler. You've had ten years to catch up.

I never did watch DS9. I couldn't get into it.
Gee thanks for the spoiler.
The Wire is another good one (a little overtly liberal, but still good). We got the "Leverage" series for Christmas, and have been quite entertained thus far. I never saw it when it was on the air, but it always intrigued me. Timothy Hutton stars and does a very nice job.

That's because the captain was black you filthy racist! lol
Enterprise and DS9 are my favorites.
Fringe
Firefly (if not Netflix, it's on Hulu)
Deadwood and Justified are available at Amazon. Both star one of my favorites, Tim Olyphant. :yahoo:
Is the Wire on Netflix or Amazon Prime? I've never heard of it before.
I never watched Deadwood, but Justified is worth watching.

Ben-Hur won the race
Dorothy was dreaming the whole time
Scarlett's side lost the war
Vader is Luke's father
Norman and his mother are one and the same
No matter how long you stay in Narnia, you come out right after you went in.
Is Katie Sackoff in Justified?
No, she is in Longmire, which is another good show. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1836037/

British versions of "Sherlock" and "Top Gear" are my favorites.
All the Lonesome Dove mini-series back-to-back have helped me pass the time when I was down for the count in the past. That's a great idea. I loved them the first time around but it's been long enough ago to really love them again. :)

The Allies win WWII.
The Titanic sinks.
Dracula dies - again.
Bonnie and Clyde die.
Billy Jack surrenders, and the hippy kids shoot him the Black Power sign as the police drive him off to jail.
Dirty Harry shoots the bad guy.
Doctor Strangelove stands up, and a bunch of nuclear explosions go off.
A good series on Netflix to watch?(http://cdn4.nflximg.net/images/8314/68314.jpg)
All 8 seasons, waiting for you to dive in. :-)
In Dances with Wolves the wolf dies.
Breaking Bad is a good idea! I'm a huge Walking Dead fan already!
I loved that show! Haven't seen it in years...does it still hold up as a good show?
Yes, British Top Gear only. The American version is just plain sad. Vikings was good too, but I don't know if it's on anything. I am not technologically savvy...
