I doubt anyone but the DUmmies believe their local abortion mills will profit from this hearts-for-baby-blood money.

Skimmer will pocket the cash, probably every penny but at least the vast majority. 

It's even more lucrative because it won't reduce the take from his new high-priced star scheme.

Skimmer puts Bev and the Andyscam to shame, and the stupid DUmpmonkeys remain ripe for the harvest.

What will be the skim rate of donations that goes right into Skammers pockets?

More like the percentage skimmed by those Fraternal Order of Police telemarketers, i.e., 98%+.

If given the choice of skimmer keeping all of it or just a portion and PP getting the rest, I'd opt for skimmer keeping it all.

Anything that keeps money out of baby killers paws is fine with me.
