And they are angry.
They refuse to believe the facts that are squarely in front of their eyes. If the intelligence agencies, including the FBI, found evidence of Russian interference in our elections, they had no choice but to investigate. But Trump supporters cannot accept that little necessity. The FBI is part of the "deep state" that is out to get their President, Donald J Trump.
In their world, they were illegally spied upon and the Mueller investigation is illegitimate and should be ended. All the evidence and facts, and indictments, should be discarded as irrelevant and meaningless.
It doesn't matter if Robert Mueller was a Vietnam War hero with a sterling record in law enforcement, or that he is a Republican, he is an "enemy of the people". He is an "idiot", in the words of right-wing talk radio hosts.
As more and more facts become undeniable, they become more angry. They are so deep into denial that they cannot think in any rational manner. They make up excuses and lie to themselves. It's a sad pit they have fallen into.

rarely spend more than a minute or two watching Fox News --- mostly to see what the "opposition" is hawking to their audience of deplorables. However, if you ever watch with the sound off it is absolutely astonishing just how angry many of their anchors and commentators look. Hannity and Tucker Carlson in particular frequently look like steam is coming out of their ears or they are ready to explode.

Actually, the first post was (inadvertently) correct; it does not matter in the slightest in this investigation that Robert Mueller was a hero in Vietnam. It would be hard to come up with a fact more immaterial to the case at hand.

I have seen projection before but this is Drive-in movie sized.
If the Mueller investigation has nothing by now, it won't have anything ever. A few entrapment process crimes are not proof of something (they still don't know what crime was committed as "collusion" is not a crime outside of the financial world).
Bottom line: The Mueller witch hunt will probably be shut down in the next few months while declaring victory for detroyng the lives of few people on the periphery of Trump's circle.
The reality DUpipo won't face:
* mueller invetsigation: nothing
* impeachment: not gonna happen
* blue wave in 2018: tidy bowl man
* Trump reelection: all but a lock
As for talking points and the press being yellower and stinkier than asparagus piss: that would be all the lsm INCLUDING 70% of Fox.
Delusion is there but it is not where the silly/stupid OP thinks it is.
