When large corporations and billionaires and millionaires paying zero in taxes? Democrats should message this to all seniors how they're being fleeced by the GOP.

I think that these dumb sons of bitches actually believe Sleepy Joe when he tells them that his socialist schemes are all paid for or that it is going to pay for itself or that it is going to pay for itself in five years or ten years or whatever the latest leftist lie is.  We wouldn't be 28 trillion in debt if all of these things that they promised would be paid for actually were.

     The rules for taxability of Social Security have been in place for a long time and have a lot of dips and turns. I find it hilarious that a liberal is calling Social Security taxation a "GOP fleece," when all they want to do is tax people.

Does the stupid primitive who wrote this not realize that one must hit a certain income thresholds in order for the SS tax to kick in? This primitive is basically saying "Why are high income earners receiving social security having to pay taxes on a portion of the SS income?"

There are other vehicles to avoid income tax on your way to avoid estate taxes. I don't know them very well, my tax avoidance schemes, even making pretty good money as a doctor with a government agency,

The stupidity is on clear display in that thread.  You have one side crowing confidently, "Raygun Raygun Raygun did it!"  The other half muttering "it was a dem congress tho."  The first side pays no attention.

DUmmies are such dolts, not even knowing that Revenue does not equal Net Income.  For a business or an individual.

They also, per usual, fail to realize that corporations and millionaires pay LOTS of taxes.  Each person and corporation has a massive amount of expenses which reduces their taxable amount of income.

Say your garden variety DUmmy makes $50k per year in salary.  That is your gross income, as even DUmmies know that they wouldn't take home $50,000 a year.  More likely after withholding and your out of pocket expenses, your taxable income is taxed at a minimal yet still oppressive percentage.

Same deal with Ralph's Widget Company.  This mythical company brings in $100 million in revenue, but might pay nothing in "INCOME" taxes after deducting normal business expenses from the revenue received.  Payroll, inventory, mortgage/rent take a large portion of that gaudy revenue total.

Taking simple introductory business classes in high school used to be required or at least encouraged.  Apparently, that isn't happening any longer because there are millions of economic dolts walking around society.

No one (and I blame republicans for this) ever thinks how money flows in the economy.

Corporations make money, pay taxes, pay salaries and other costs of business, then pay dividends. Most retirees in the private sector have either an IRA, 401k, pension, or other retirement savings.

When corporations pay tax it reduces money for all the other things along the line especially the dividends paid out to all the retirees and other investors.

In short, taxes REDUCE money going to every body including the DUmmies.
