12. It sounds like self-defense from everything I'm readingHe shouldn't have been carrying on school property, of course.
knightmaar (717 posts)47. Having been bullied to the point of being knocked unconscious...... I understand the rage. When they're allowed to hurt you repeatedly without any consequence? When it's so bad, you just wake up somewhere else with a sore face and no one explains what happened to you?And no teacher apparently even knows what happened *inside* a classroom?I don't know if what happened to this guy was that bad, or if he and his family are bullshitting us, but there are consequences to administrators who shrug off violence with "Boys will be boys". Especially in a culture with readily available firearms.I never went off and got a gun, or even a weapon of any kind, but I did have to beat a guy up to make it stop.Because no one else would do anything.
Determinations on how to view a particular circumstance and the action that should be taken made almost exclusively by the race of the perp never works out for the primitives, but they keep trying and failing..
Take a WILD guess why they're cutting this kid a break instead of demanding to see his Twitter and Facebook postsThe BULLSHIT starts...Um. Dylann Roof.Yes, the circumstances are that the shooter is a black person, and liberals believe black persons are entitled to kill anyone they like. Ha. Just ha. Seriously. I sometimes wonder what would happen today if Hitler was revealed to be black all along. **** you DUmmies. Cowardly, racist scumbags. AT LEAST WE DON'T HAVE TO HEAR ABOUT DYLANN ROOF'S HAMBURGER ANYMORE.

Valid self-defense is proportional to the attack (ignoring the fact that the guy shot others who did not attack him). A gun is deadly force, while getting beat up at school was not deadly force and not proportional.
Trayvon Martin was shot and killed because he was beating up George Zimmerman. That was ruled self defense.
No, St. Trayvon was slamming Zimmerman's head into the concrete sidewalk. That was deadly force, and Zimmerman responding with deadly force was proportional.
