Why would one have a hubcap, and whitewalls, on a fifth tire that's not usually seen?

If it was true, I wonder what happened with the idea?? That'd be good for most of the women drivers I know.... :fuelfire:

     Crap---- I was taught to use my side mirrors in order to park a school bus between two others with only 2 feet of space front and back.


Reason was we did not want students able to walk between buses.  This was 25 years ago and to this day I believe I can still park most anything Parrnell as long as I have the mirrors.
