Title: IPMS National Convention in Omaha Nebraska

Starting the 3rd of August the local chapter of the International Plastic Modelers Society will be hosting the 2011 Nationals. I'll be there supporting them as I am a member and I hope to have some good pictures to share with everyone . The theme for this year is 100 Years Of Naval Aviation so there should be a good number of naval aircraft being modeled. We expect between 2-3 thousand entries this year.

Seriously, could you see yourself actually there in the center of the convention floor in some great arena surrounded by thousands of women raging on PMS? It would be like a horror movie version of "Where's Waldo"! That's one honey pot you don't want to get caught in my friend.

Ironic that you bring this up but no it's not that kind of thing. A couple of us had talked about this over the past weekend and had a laugh or two about it.
