This day to day reportage on the election is going to be both tedious and horrifying.

I'm not looking forward to it.

Let's get it over with and give Prez O. the four more years that he so richly deserves.

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Yeah he really deserves another 4 years of playing golf, taking vacations, and blaming Bush for everything.

 :whatever:
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

0bama will be at his most dangerous after his landslid loss. I hope someone restrains him or it will be a nightmare.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

I'm not so sure it will be a landslide. He will have his base and the black vote, but he won't have the independents like he did last time. It is possible, and I would love it to be a repeat of 1980. If he gets less than 49 electoral votes (what carter got), it will be a beautiful night.

When or lose his remaining time in office will be a nightmare for the country.  The only difference is the amount of time he has to do more damage.

How awful.

Richly deserves, libspeak for reparations.
The irony here is owebuma didn't suffer any generational discrimination.
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.

Here's hoping the DUmmies go to sleep and don't wake up until November 7th.  It would be the best thing they could do as a group for this country.

I'd prefer that they woke up on January 21st, 2013.

I prefer they not wake up at all, but I believe November 7th will be a bigger day in the annuals of DUmmie angst.

January 21st (and every day after that for at least 4 years) will only reinforce it.

See, I want them to be asleep for The Obamessiah's revenge on the American people who voted him out.  They would heartily join in any shenanigans.

If the right wing email forwards they've been bombarding me with are any indication, spending several days around them a few weeks before the election will be an absolutely intolerable brainwashing attempt. No way.

...and the relatives breathe a huge sigh of relief.

That icy hand of dread and fear is really closing around your tiny heart, isn't it, Lamond?
"We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and then bid the geldings to be fruitful."

C.S. Lewis

A community may possess all the necessary moral qualifications, in so high a degree, as to be capable of self-government under the most adverse circumstances; while, on the other hand, another may be so sunk in ignorance and vice, as to be incapable of forming a conception of liberty, or of living, even when most favored by circumstances, under any other than an absolute and despotic government.

Is that more better? Well, I thought it was.

This has started to happen so often in Madison, the police have stopped reporting it to the press, however they do that.
