We got one African American in this town. He has been arrested for Domestic Assault, Assault, Burglary, Possession of Stolen Items, Hit and Run DUI... We arrested his half brother/Step son (its complicated... his wife was his Dad's former girlfriend and had three kids with him before they had four...) for 8 counts of burglary, Escape from LEO confinement, Assault, Assault on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, MIP, Possession of stolen goods, Theft of a weapon (three counts), Grand Theft Auto, and credit card fraud. He is looking at 20-25 years. He is 19 years old.
He is one of my best customers.
Now, if you are talking Native Americans then only a few. We have a large population from the Reservation that come into town all the time to shop. We don't have that much problem with them at all.

Loud tenants, hallways constantly smelled like marijuana, so the landlord wasn't too good at screening out the drug users. Too many military personnel constantly moving in and out that always drove like bats out of hell through the parking lot speeding around corners. I have small children & I've complained to the manager more than once and she blew me off everytime. I've almost been hit by parking lot speeders no less than 10 times. The landlord tried to illegally raise my rent without giving me the proper 30 days notice so I complained. Ever since, she's always constantly ignored my complaints about loud neighbors, speeders or other legitimate concerns. Couldn't wait till my lease was up. In fact, after I was paid up I moved out early. And even then they tried to charge me $200 against my deposit because there was dust on the bathroom fan and the windowsills. There were a couple fatal shootings right across the street a year or so ago. This is a bad part of town and this place (and all of **** drive for that matter) feels like a dump. I lived there almost 3 years.
This place SUCKS! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! it's in a terrible part of town and the people are terrible, Police are ALWAYS outside of the buildings, they let anyone move in!
My husband and I are currently living here, he's in the military and our apartment upon move in was horrible, light fixtures falling off, blinds with holes in them terrible patch work on the walls, and they left paint equipment in our bathroom! We have lived here now a little under 2 months and in that time 3 of the burners on our stove don't work, they sent our first rent payment back and charged us an adituonal fee when our payment was excepted and pulled from our account to begin with! They have put notices on our door and every attempt I make to pay it NO ONE IS EVER IN THE OFFICE! I call and leave MULITIPLE messages and never get a response! This week they have put a notice on our door again about our outstanding balance that is now over 200!!! HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO PAY FOR THIS WHEN NO ONE IS EVER WORKING IN THE OFFICE AND NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS??? This place is already a dump and on top of it they have bad service? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!
